NIO insists on forward engineering and collaborates with universities and research institutions for shared prosperity in the industry.

In 2023, NIO launched 33 research collaboration projects, completed 57 talent program applications, published 22 academic papers, and obtained 14 patents. We also participated in the compilation of the first set of ESG group standards for China's automotive industry to promote the industry's prosperity and sustainable development. Recognizing talent as the primary resource for industry, we continue to support Formula Student China and Formula Student Germany to offer a platform for exceptional domestic and international talent in the automotive industry to showcase their skills and contribute to the advancement of the global automotive industry.
